Bretèche Industrie decided to widen its footprint by becoming LINXIS Group in October 2017.

Didier SOUMET
CEO Linxis Group

CEO since 2014. Joined the company VMI in 2000 as CEO.
After 10 years of experience in the Shell Group, he founded a company specialized in manufacturing ophthalmologic equipment.
Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Paris.

Tim COOK
CEO of Shick Esteve
Vice President of LINXIS Group

CEO of Shick and then Shick Esteve since June 2016, President in May 2014, COO in May 2012. He becomes Vice President of LINXIS Group in November 2019.
Previously Vice President Sales, Marketing & Product Management of AMF Bakery Systems.
Currently BEMA (Bakery Equipment Manufacturers Association) Board member.
Graduated from the University of Kansas.

Anne BRIFAULT
Vice-President - CFO LINXIS Group

Joined the Group in 2014, as Group CFO. Promoted to Vice-President & CFO in April 2021.
Previous experience: Financial controller (EY) and CFO of Leroux & Lotz Technologies
Graduated from Bordeaux Business School.

Henrik OEVERMANN
Chairman & CEO of Diosna 

Joined the group in 2011 as CFO of Diosna. Since 2014 additionally head of the Bakery Division. Since 2018 CEO of Diosna.
Previously management functions in Siemens AG.
Graduated from University of Lüneburg (D) with study abroad in University of Queensland (Australia).

Martin MURPHY
CEO of Unifiller Systems

Joined the group in August 2020. With 32 years of extensive manufacturing experience, he was previously the President of Raute North America, where he was dedicated to ensuring that an effective corporate sales and marketing strategy was developed and implemented.
Martin has a double industrial electrician & automation BCIT, and a Sales & Marketing Management diploma from the Kingston Queens School of Business.

Dominique DENOËL
Chairman of VMI

Joined the Group in 1992, Deputy Managing Director, then Managing Director of VMI.
Gained experience in videotape distribution equipment.
Graduated from Ecole Centrale Nantes.
